The Sand Rocks, Craig, Colorado and surrounding area

Thank you first off to our able guide Rodney for taking us. This report is delayed as only now I got to a computer and it is clear enough to write anything.

There will be a few pictures to go with this entry in due course but for now you will have to settle for text.

It was a very strange experience being on those rocks, surveying all I could see both in the visual spectrum and those "things" that are hidden to the naked eye. As it was once a burial ground I always have to show respect for where I am walking. These people may not be my ancestors, but they could well be the ancestors of my children one day so I do not want to show any disrespect to them. I have a firm belief that any burial place is sacred.

Anyway on to the actual feelings etc taken from there. The wind was up and yet I didn't feel cold as soon as we actually reached the rocks. The elders were round me. The energies were the same as I had felt in the Canyon in my previous post. I felt no harm. As Rodney guided us towards the spot where a 6 year old girl had been swept away in the up current, I heard her voice and those of many others. It was intense, like going into a bar full of people just after you open the door and the noise hits you of a lot of conversations going on at once.

It was strange also that the rocks seemed to vibrate in places that they did not belong there. I can only assume they were brought as part of the burial rituals.

After we left there we visited a few other places that were of a much nastier energy, the Sand Rocks themselves had been a peaceful place.

The Columbine Apartments' energies scared the living hell out of me. I found it interesting that their design was almost pentacle shaped, but yuck they were horrid. If you paid me I wouldn't want to live there. The house on the hill beyond that and that whole area was something I never want to experience again. I saw over 200 warriors on the ridge and it felt especially after spotting what looked like a smoke signal that they were coming for us. At one point I felt sucked into the scene and felt an arrow embed into my eye. Three days later and my eye still hurts from it.

When we reached the cemetery I felt many spirits most at peace but there were a gang there that were reinacting a lynching which if we had stayed we most definately would have seen! In all Craig is a wonderful area and I love being there but there is a lot of negative energy in the place which means I would have to do a lot of grounding I think to survive there
